xxM413M Fabulos Dress From Reville.
This is a magnificent dress in gray / silver color. It is in brocade with silver threads and beautiful beadwork. The dress  have been  very expensive. The photos do not give it justice. I will take new ones. It has belonged to Lady Moriah Scott. She was at the time one of England's leading socialite.
Lady Moira Estelle Nora Frances Scott was born in 1902. She is the daughter of Rupert Charles Scott. 7th Earl of Clonmell and Rachel Estelle Berridge. She married Henry Christian Seymour Combe, son of  Captain Christian Combe and Lady Jane Seymour Conyngham on 30 November 1919. Her married name became Combe.
I have wondered if this has been her wedding dress. Those who see it up close can see that it is fine enough.
Reville opened its doors in London in 1906. They quickly became one of the leading business in London. They were known throughout the western world for their exclusive clothing. Their clients were among the higher social strata.
