his is an unusual velvet hat. It's flat at the crown, bunched at the
sides, has two rolled devices in back that trail down the back to the
top of the shoulders. It's lined with black satin, has a "Rose Nemours 8 rue de la Paix, Paris label inside.
It is for a medium or large
head. There is no wire frame, it's soft and flexible. Very good overall.
