M409M Teens Era HAT -Black w/Ribbon Trim.
The hat has a rounded crown & small, upturned brim. It is covered in strips of woven black ribbon & is decorated w/black grosgrain ribbon w/a moire pattrn, small blaack fabric flowers & small swaths of black net. Interior is lined in black cotton. The hat was constructed over a wire frame.
Size - intrior circumference is 23".
Condition - the fabric, trim, flowers & lining are all intact. There is some spotting on the ribbon. Basically, good condition.
