The French couturière Jeanne Hallée was known for delicate creations of silk chiffon and/or lace. Jeanne Hallee 1880-1914 had been apprenticed to Jacques Doucet. She was a highly recognized designer. This beautiful green and beige dress is made of chiffon and silk and has many fine details. Embroidery in metal thread and lace are among the most prominent decorations. The dress is in excellent condition. The dress is made around 1908-1910. It is a good example of Jeanne Hallee.
